Requests for spare parts/non-replacement parts or decals will no longer be honored as AM does not stock quantities beyond what is purchased for production. We regret any inconvenience.

We also regret that we can no longer accept replacement parts requests by telephone. Please use the form below to mail or fax your request and payment information.

For replacement parts requests, please download and print this form, give us the information on the form and a method of payment and we'll get your replacements in the mail. Once again, we will honor requests for missing or defective parts only. Please contact our support staff at the email address below for any required proof of purchase requirements prior to submitting your order.

When requesting multiple replacement parts, it is only necessary to pay a shipping charge of $3.95 per order as long as all the requested parts will fit on one box.

Please also note that parts orders that do not have a return mailing address included cannot be processed.

Need instructions? Go into the catalog and look up your kit. We're posting electronic copies of our instruction sheets for all of the Accurate Miniatures kits, whether they are in production or not. Don't see your sheet online? Please contact support@accurate-miniatures.com for a hardcopy replacement.
