SB2U-1 Vindicator

This totally new replica depicts the famed dive bomber that was developed by Vought aircraft during the mid-1930's. The SB2U-1 variant was first delivered in 1937 and served aboard U.S. Navy carriers during the outbreak of WW II. This highly-detailed kit captures every detail of this pioneer U.S. Navy dive bomber. Molded in light gray and clear plastic, this kit contains a detailed two-place cockpit, multipiece landing gear, miniature bomb crutch, and miniature radial engine. Markings are provided for a high-visibility, pre-war color scheme.
